Greece villa’s elevated setting in the high-end residential area of Ithaca, provides it with open views towards the sea and the nearby town of Port Piso Aetos.
The client bought an undeveloped lot and asked to design a villa containing a guest and four bedrooms, with a covered outdoor area linked to a small pool.
The 1200-square-metre site presented several challenges, including a gradient slope. It also contains an area of archaeological importance that needed to be conserved.

Villa A

Villa A is located in one of the most prestigious areas on the top of the hill of Faqra.
The realization of a sustainable villa inspired from the ancient courtyard house, discrete and integrated in the natural environment, was the wish of the client. That made us take these simple design decisions using vernacular materials.
A courtyard was created and the villa was surrounding that courtyard creating a U-shape design for the purpose of privacy.

Al Juffali Family Villa

Villa Al Juffali was developed by our team for a steeply sloping site on the edge of a residential area in Adma.
With a concrete base and a glazed upper story, the property was designed to make the best of the site's awkward topography, offering spacious views over Juniah Bay while also protecting itself from harsh wind.

Desert Rose

The project, called Desert Rose, is named after its location in the middle of the desert, which lies just north of Beqaa. The double-story dwelling is thoughtfully designed to make the most of its approximately rectangular footage. The result is a modest and functional dwelling strongly anchored to its site.
